Cancellation Policy

Once chips have been granted, we do not offer cancellation. If your chips have not been granted for any reason, please contact customer support and your chips will be granted immediately.

If we are unable to grant the chips, you may cancel your payment by contacting customer support, and the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refund Policy

Once chips have been granted, refunds are not offered. If chips have not been granted, please contact customer support for immediate resolution.

If a refund is processed after chips have already been granted, your account may be frozen after settlement of any remaining balance.
