If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed, please submit a Notice of Alleged Infringement to RummyAgent.com.

Upon receiving a valid notice, RummyAgent.com may remove the challenged material at its sole discretion.

Notice of Alleged Infringement

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification and URL of the infringing material
• Your mailing address, phone number, and email address
• Statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized
• Statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury
• Your full legal name and electronic or physical signature

Please deliver the completed notice to RummyAgent.com’s registered address.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liabilities

RummyAgent.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

• Your use or inability to use the services
• Any transaction with third-party providers
• Delays or failures beyond reasonable control

Maximum total liability shall not exceed INR 500.

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

RummyAgent.com may display third-party services or advertisements. We do not control or endorse such services.

Apple Inc. and Google Inc. may be third-party beneficiaries if services are accessed via iOS or Android devices, subject to their respective terms.
